In it, the customer states any health information that may affect the massage.<\/li>\n<li>The reservation is binding.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the time of your appointment<\/li>\n<li>To cancel, use our online booking form (&#8220;My Bookings&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>You may also cancel via SMS 046 5018 5881<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation by email <a href=\"mailto:hierontaoteperuutus@gmail.com\">hierontaoteperuutus@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>You will find your booking code in the verification sent to your email address upon booking.<\/li>\n<li>Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the event of sudden illness or medical emergency<\/strong><br \/>\nCancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the time of your appointment (free of charge) by email or SMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do not arrive at your appointment if experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
