By booking an appointment through our online booking form, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Please be prepared to present a photo ID for identification upon arrival, as according to the Client Data Act, 703/2023.
- First-time customers must fill out an intake form. In it, the customer states any health information that may affect the massage.
- The reservation is binding.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the time of your appointment
- To cancel, use our online booking form (“My Bookings”)
- You may also cancel via SMS 046 5018 5881
- Cancellation by email hierontaoteperuutus@gmail.com
- You will find your booking code in the verification sent to your email address upon booking.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services.
In the event of sudden illness or medical emergency
Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the time of your appointment (free of charge) by email or SMS.
Do not arrive at your appointment if experiencing any flu-like symptoms. Thank you!
